We are all closely monitoring the evolving situation with COVID-19 or “coronavirus”. As with many businesses, we have been planning to ensure continuity in a variety of different crisis scenarios, while hoping that no such situation makes such steps necessary.
In this regard, the Waterfall firm will be following the advice from Federal, State, and local public health professionals and limiting personal contact in order to safeguard the health of our clients, our people and their families, and the community in which we live and work. To do so, beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020, and continuing until, based upon currently available information, Monday, March 30th, our attorneys and other professionals will continue with their work, but will do so remotely.
During this period, we anticipate being available and working remotely. We will be limiting personal meetings only to those that are required by absolute necessity. And if such necessity arises, any such meeting would be at a location other than our office, which will be physically closed during this period. However, it is hoped that any matter that may arise can be handled telephonically, by email communication, or by other technological means.
Most importantly, we want to express our concern for you, your families, the other important people in your lives and our communities. Please let us know if we can assist you in any way.
