Randi Burnett joined Waterfall’s Family Law Group in 2012. Randi has been a family law practitioner since graduating from law school in 2007. Randi handles divorce, custody, child support, paternity and grandparent visitation matters and has significant experience in resolving high conflict cases, complex asset cases, and cases involving business valuations. Like the rest of Waterfall’s Family Law Group, Randi is committed to providing superior representation to all clients, with a focus on quality over quantity.
In addition to being a litigator, Randi also mediates disputes involving divorce, paternity and grandparent rights cases. Randi has been a judge pro tempore for the Superior Court since 2015 and has conducted numerous settlement conferences involving family law litigants. She also regularly serves as a court-appointed arbitrator in civil litigation cases. Randi has been a presenter at legal seminars regarding child custody issues and has given presentations about the unique concerns present in custody cases involving Autistic children.
Randi has been a long-time volunteer with Southern Arizona Legal Aid’s Volunteer Lawyers Program (VLP) and is currently a board member of another non-profit legal services organization called Step Up to Justice. In 2013, the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education named Randi one of the top pro bono attorneys in Arizona. Randi was also awarded Child & Family Resources Inc.’s Champion for Children & Families Award in 2015.
