Our story began in 1969, when Gordon Waterfall, Peter Economidis and Hugh Caldwell, Jr., established the firm and started the tradition that continues today: a commitment to excellence in client service and service to our community.

Executive Team
 

The firm’s leadership is a dedicated team of experienced lawyers who manage the firm’s delivery of legal services throughout Tucson and Southern Arizona.  The leadership team is composed of lawyers from each of the firm’s practice groups so that their broad range of legal specialization is utilized to provide the highest quality leadership to the lawyers and staff of the firm.  Under their leadership, the firm’s lawyers and staff focus their knowledge and skill on serving clients of all sizes from individuals and small business to national concerns and international businesses.  The firm continues to adhere to the original commitment to excellence, innovation and community service established by the firm’s founders in 1969.
